The family owned and operated 3 Amigos Fresh Mexican Grill is the dream come true of the three brothers who have always wanted to serve their mother’s delicious recipes to others in their community. The menu selections bring you authentic dishes from central Mexico, and in particular the famous and unique gorditas dishes of that region. The first location was opened in Thousand Oaks in  January 2002 and is popular with local residents, including CLU students. The second location in Newbury Park serves that end of the Conejo Valley including the Dos Vientos development.

Beyond being a family business and Mom’s recipes, 3 Amigos Fresh Mexican Grill open kitchen is characterized by the freshness of their ingredients including the hand-made gorditas; their exclusive use of high-quality chicken breasts and beef; their popular specials menu; and their affordable prices. Favorites on the main lunch and dinner menu are the burritos, Fish Tacos, chicken Gorditas, Fajita combo, and Enchiladas Rojas.  

The Thousand Oaks location also has outside seating. 

Carryout: Six to ten minutes is all that is needed for individual carryout meals... call in your order, and it will be ready for you when you arrive.

Party Platters: 3 Amigos offers an excellent selection of platters for business meetings, parties, family occasions. Each platter serves 6 to 8 people. Plates, serving utensils, and napkins are provided. Two hour lead time is adequate for single platters – two day lead time is preferred for large (20 people or more) platter orders. Hours: 3 Amigos is open 11 AM to 9 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 11 AM to 9:30 PM on Friday and Saturday.(it may vary by location)
